Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security or tenant isolation, accessing another customer's data without authorization, disrupting the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Paid access is offered as a subscription. Your first 7 days cost $1 (the introductory period). After the introductory period, the subscription automatically renews at $49 per month until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Payments are non-refundable.

Customers may invite participants to complete assigned tasks at no cost. Participant accounts are free and do not require payment. A participant who wishes to create or manage their own SOP workspace, or access paid creator functionality, must obtain a paid subscription.

You own your SOPs. This includes SOPs you write manually, SOPs generated by the Service from your descriptions, and SOPs created from a Xinam template and then customized. MNX does not claim ownership of your customer-created SOP content merely because the software generated, stored, edited, or executed it.

You grant MNX the limited rights necessary to host, process and display your content in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.

MNX retains all rights in the Service, including the software and the Xinam master template library. Master templates are provided for use within the Service; the underlying template library remains ours, while the customized copies you create are yours as described above.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify or discontinue features.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or as required by law. We will not delete your SOP data immediately solely because a subscription lapses, subject to our retention practices.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. SOP content generated by the Service is a starting point and should be reviewed for your specific circumstances; it is not legal, financial or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MNX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
